• As the artist, I retain my rights to my artwork(s).• I may for example, but am not limited to, (unless discussed otherwise prior to the commission):
≫ post the art to my socials
≫ use it as an example for a commission sheet
≫ use it in my portfolio• I am free to decline any commission.• You are limited to 3 characters per commission work, price increasing with a +100% fee for each added character.• You will only be receiving a digital file of the artwork via email, I will not be sending a physical printed copy.
• Default canvas size is 4000x3000px, or 3000x3000px, may be slightly larger or smaller depending on the work.
• You will receive a watermarked version and an unwatermarked version.
• Simple colored and/or patterned backgrounds are included, but I cannot provide complex backgrounds.• My art is still growing and evolving, so there may be small differences in my examples and the artwork you’ll receive.
• As such, my prices are subject to change in the future.
• I have the right to keep screenshots of conversations during the process in order to protect myself in the event of an unjust chargeback or defamatory comments.✦ CLIENT GUIDELINES ✦
• You may not claim my artwork as your own.
• You may edit my artwork, however, I ask that you keep those edits in private and do not claim the edited piece as your own.• Please respond in a timely fashion.
• Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission is subject to be canceled without refund if it happens.• I do not allow my art to be used for NFT or AI purposes. I do not accept commissions if the intent is to create NFTs or for AI use. You will instantly be blacklisted if this happens.• Please include the images of complex patterns, otherwise fees may apply.
• I do not accept commissions with only written descriptions.
• I require finished characters and proper references.
• If you wish for your commission to not be used or posted, please let me know in your order form and we can discuss this.✦ PERSONAL USE GUIDELINES ✦
• You are allowed to print the artwork yourself for personal use only.
• You may not sell any product using my art.• You may repost the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.
• You may use my artwork for icons, headers/banners, schedule art, etc. on non-profitable sites such as your Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc.• I retain full ownership and copyright of the artwork(s).✦ COMMERCIAL USE GUIDELINES ✦
• Commercial use must be agreed beforehand between me and the commissioner, and will require an additional fee based on the use:
≫ promotional material (+80%)
≫ streaming assets (+100%)
≫ game assets (+120%)
≫ reselling (+150%)
• These fees can vary upon further discussion of use and scale.• Commercial use includes, but isn’t limited to:
≫ merchandise
≫ promotional materials
≫ game assets
≫ having my work on websites that can generate income such as YouTube, Twitch, etc.
≫ using my work to promote yourself• Unauthorized commercial use of the artist's work is forbidden.✦ PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND FEES ✦
• Payment via PayPal/Ko-fi, in USD
• I will not start or continue without proper payment.
• Payment must be paid in full upfront UNLESS the overall cost is >$30
• If order is >$30, you are eligible to opt into a 50/50 payment plan.
• 50% must be paid upfront, 50% sometime during the process, BEFORE final images sent via google drive folder.
• Different plans, can be negotiated, but may or may not be accepted under the artist’s discretion• If you don’t pay within 24 hours, or communicate me within that time frame, your order will be canceled.
• Please let me know if you want to reserve a slot.• If you cancel your commission before work begins, you're eligible for a refund.
• I will refund you if I am unable to do your commission. Otherwise, after the first sketch has been approved, no refunds.
• In the case of a refund, I will not be covering the fees by the payment method, and will only be refunding the amount I've received.
• If you have a priority commission, and I fail to meet the deadline, the extra fee for the priority will be refunded.• If you file a chargeback against me to scam me, your rights to the artwork(s) that I have created for you will be removed, and I will publicly warn others about you with your username and details of your case.
• You may change your character so long as I haven’t started on your commission. Extra fees may apply to the commission to fit the changes.• Extra fees(depending on complexity) added onto my base price in my commissions page can include, but isn't limited to:

≫ Props or animals
≫ Priority fee
≫ Extra edits✦ WORK PROGRESSION ✦
• All WIPs sent, will be watermarked and slightly downsized.
• WIPs will be sent regularly, and upon request, throughout the process.
• Final image(s) sent via google drive folder.• A priority commission may be ordered, but the order MUST be sent in at least 14 days before the deadline.
• Priority commissions will incur a minimum +25% fee.• Finished artworks should take no longer than 3 months, average turnaround time being 1-3 weeks. (depending on complexity and workload)
• I will do my best to complete your commission in a timely manner, but please understand that delays can happen. I will always notify you of any delays or problems that occur.• Final payment is preferably after the drafting stage has been completed.
• Different plans may or may not be accepted under the artist’s discretion.• DRAFTING FOR SKETCH COMMISSIONS:
≫ A basic sketch will be sent for approval. A cleaner sketch without colors or monochromatic elements will be sent for final approval. Sketch will be completed afterwards.
• DRAFTING FOR RENDERED:
≫ A sketch will be sent for approval, after approval, a cleaner sketch with base colors placed will be sent for final approval of the sketch. Artwork will be completed afterwards.✦ REVISIONS ✦
• A major edit is something that requires me to redraw a significant portion. (e.g. poses, hairstyles, outfits)
• A minor edit is something that only affects a small portion (e.g faces, color adjustments, small details)
• What constitutes between major and minor edits, is up to my discretion.• Major edits are only allowed in the drafting stage.
• Limited to 3 major edits in the drafting stage, and 10 minor edits throughout the entire process.
• Edits made due to my own negligence, will be free of charge and will not count towards your edits.• Excessive edits, more than what you are limited to, will require additional fees based on complexity.
• Edits made due to unclear visual references will incur a fee. Please be clear in your order and references.✦ If you break any of these terms and conditions, you are subject to being blacklisted from my commissions. ✦
